Needless to say, I'm very glad that after many years I took some good advise, got a $12 haircut and lost 90lbs! I feel so much better now than I did then. I have my parents and brother to thank for being very supportive of me while I diet and workout and Wayne for answering every stupid question I had along the way. SO, for the people who I went to school with and see me around and don't recognize me, but thought I looked familiar, thats why, now you know. Of course, this works well for me since no one recognizes me (in fact, at my grandmother's funeral, some family members didn't even recognize me!) I don't have to stop and talk to people who I know but don't want to talk to.... I guess if they've seen this page, I'm in trouble. ;-)
The Diet
my cup...My current diet is an attempt to get bigger as in more muscle mass. I'm pounding down 6 egg whites for breakfast with a bowl of cerial, a protein shake, some creatine and some usual vitamins. Then I munch on a chicken breast at 10, then some tuna at noon, then some more chicken or turkey or tuna at 2, and then a protein bar at 4 and then dinner at 6 and then I workout and then I pound down another protein bar and a protein shake. Uck, I get tired of eating. I'm hoping to just build lean muscle mass. I started this diet on Feb 1, 2004 after ending up being down a total of 97lbs since Jan 1 2003 when I started serisouly dieting and working out. I'm currently cruising at about 185lbs, 5'11", 32" waist and 16" biceps. I'm hoping to get a more cut/ripped look and do the 6-pack ab thing for this summer but I have a VERY long way to go. I'm working hard at it though, we'll see.

The Workout
Sunday: Chest/Tri
Monday: Run/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Shoulers
Wednesday: Run/Abs
Thursday: Biceps/Legs
Friday: Run/Abs
Sat: Off, whew, what a week, my legs probably still hurt from Thursday!

Music
I'm a big fan of what people are calling "EMO" - emotional punk. I'm not the hot-topic shopper or anything and I don't really fit the profile, I just like the music. Some of my favorite bands: BrandNew, Bowling For Soup, Blink182/BoxCar Racer, AFI, Dashboard Confessionals, Rancid, Finch, The Ataris, Saves the Day, Simple Plan, Starting Line, YellowCard, New Found Gloory, Story of the Year...
I'm also into a lot of other trendy/not so trendy/alternitvie bands. One of my favs to this day being Green Day. I'll listen to the Offspring, WhiteStripes, 3 Doors Down, GooGoo Dolls, Sublime, System of a Down (how does that fit in???), StainD, Creed, SR71, Soul Coughing, Smash Mouth (sssshhhh ;-), Puddle Of Mud... Of course, then there is the side of me that actually enjoys listening to Pink, Michelle Branch, Dido, Alanis Morisette... I'll even secretly listen to Outkast, Counting Crows, Vanesa Carlton, John Mayer.... A lot of good music out there. Really, I'll listen to anything that's not rap or just the pop garbage like Madona/Brittney Spears or Justin Timberlake.

Another thing I enjoy is some 80/90ss tunes I used to listen to... KLF, CNC Music Factory, Twisted Sister, Bon Jovi, Def Leopard, Warrant. Like I've said, if it's not rap, I'll listen.... I've even been known to listen to some club type music like Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, etc.... ohh, I will listen to Dynamite Hack's cover of Boys in the Hood! Classic. :) Of course, nothing beats Billy Idol and should there ever be a lame party, nothing can liven' it up like me jamming to all 4 minutes and 40 second of Billy Idol's Dancin' with my self, ohh ohh ohh ohhh! Just don't ask me to sing Mony Mony or I will! :-)

Hobbies:
I really enjoy drag racing my car. I bought my first TransAm - the 98 - in December of 97 when the cars had just been hitting the lots. Its sad that I worked 3 jobs for 3 years and did nothing but save cash to buy a car. But I've been happy with it and I don't regret it at all, which is why I went and bought the 2000 Convertible when my 98 became my racecar. I also enjoy playing tennis - my older brother Bill is a lot better than I am but in High School we kicked ass in doubles tennis. I also enjoy playing with computers and writing random programs/software. I secretly write poems and if I like you enough, I may even write a poem about you. If I really like you, I'll even share my poems with you.

Random "did you knows"
I don't drink alchohol at all. Never have. I did promise my best friend John that I would drink to his toast at his wedding, if he ever gets married.
I don't drink regular soda - too much sugar, empty calories
I don't drink diet soda - aspartame is bad, mmmm'kay.
I LOVE taco bell, but I shouldn't eat that fat.
I HATE Waffle House - Its not so much the food is bad, it just seems so unsanitary and redneck white trashy to me.
I AM a computer dork at heart - like blondes have "blonde moments", I have "computer dork moments". Sad.
I like Milk. - just a big tall glass of cold milk... umm skim though, less fat. :)

Is anyone still reading this???? why????

What does TXSTOCK mean???
Its a joke really. It all started with someone claiming to be running 11 second 1/4 mile times in a "stock" Z28. He is/was from Texas. His idea of stock and mine are VERY different. Thus, a car becomes Texas Stock, or TXSTOCK, when it runs really fast but at least one part can be called stock - or the average idiot can be convinced that the car is really stock (not modified).

My Dog
Buster is a soft-coated wheaton terrier. Alergy free dog, he doesn't shed. He thinks he is just another person.... and he is! :)
ssh, taking a nap!
